Incident Protocol

All accidents or injuries occurring on show grounds must be documented using the Incident Report form and submitted to the board within 24 hours.

Noticed a discrepancy in your points? Follow the steps to the right to submit an official inquiry regarding show results.

All inquiries must be submitted within 30 days of the show date.

Ensure the horse show has been officially completed and results have been posted to the WHVPHA standings page.

Review your results with your trainer first. For home shows, have your trainer speak directly with the secretary.

If the issue is still unresolved, email the points secretary with the Class Name, Horse Name, and Show Date.
